The Consortium MMT would like you to take the 8-10 min questionnaire below to include in our alumni networking database. As we lift you up we will strengthen the reach of our free program.

All of your information is either internal or anonymous in order for TCMMT to create analytics to be used to promote the value of a local music industry. With your permission we would like to list you as a current or former alumni on The Consortium MMT website and include your social media links. Just indicate if you wish to be included or excluded. If you are still in touch with any other former alumni, please encourage them to complete the questionnaire also.
